As I walk around my house, I don't see a doorway, instead I see the first time my mom walked in with my baby brother. I don't see a countertop, instead I see my grandmother baking a fresh batch of cookies. And I don't see a house, I see a HOME. For this reason is why I am so passionate about Real Estate. Prior to discovering my passion for Real Estate, I supervised a team of highly motivated invdivduals to maintain quality service levels, while ensuring a safe, functional, and joyful work enviornment. During this time I would also develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
In my free time, you will most likely find me sitting around a toasty campfire with my four younger brothers. And yes, there will be s'mores!
